The Green Smoothie

"Healthy smoothie for a meal supplement."

The Green Smoothie

Servings – 1 Prep Time – 5 Minutes Cook Time – 5 Minutes


  • 1 Whole Ripe Avocado Peeled, pitted, and cut

  • 1/4 Frozen Spinach

  • 1 Whole Ripe Banana Cut into Chunks

  • 4 Large Strawberries Cut into halves

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk


Place strawberries, bananas, spinach and avocado pieces, frozen yogurt, and milk into blender or smoothie maker.

Mix until well blended. Smoothie will be a thick consistency.

Additional Serving Suggestions:

Option 1 ~ Use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt in place of frozen yogurt.

Option 2~ Add 1 cup of milk in place of frozen yogurt.
