Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Banana extract, optional
1/2 cup Butter Softened
3/4 cup Brown sugar Packed
2 Eggs Beaten
3 medium-large Mashed overripe bananas
4 oz Apple sauce
1/2-1 cup Walnuts or pecans Chopped, optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
Stir in apple sauce, mix well.
Add in chopped nuts.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle top with chunky sugar sprinkles and chopped nuts (optional) but makes it taste that much better
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
