Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mason Jar Ice Cream (Keto, L/C, S/F)

This ice cream is so good, and no fancy ice cream makers are needed. Just shake… shake… shake and freeze!


  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Truvia
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Optional


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Tightly secure the lid.
  2. Vigorously shake for 5 minutes until the liquid doubles in size and you no longer hear a liquidy sound.
  3. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours to harden.
