Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Delicious mix of peanut butter, bananas and milk for a creamy meal supplement

  • 1 medium-large Whole Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Chunky if that is your favorite
  • 1/2 cup of Milk % of your choosing
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt


  1. Add frozen yogurt, banana (broken into chunks), peanut butter, and milk to a blender or smoothie mixer.

  2. Blend well, mixture will be a smooth thick consistency.

  3. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If using chunky peanut butter consistency will be on the thick grainy side.

Alternative Options:

Option 1 ~ Use 1 cup of milk in place of frozen yogurt.

Option 2 ~ Use 3/4 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt in place of frozen yogurt.
