Delicious mix of peanut butter, bananas and milk for a creamy meal supplement

Ingredients
- 1 medium-large Whole Ripe Banana
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Chunky if that is your favorite
- 1/2 cup of Milk % of your choosing
- 1/2 cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions

Add frozen yogurt, banana (broken into chunks), peanut butter, and milk to a blender or smoothie mixer.

Blend well, mixture will be a smooth thick consistency.

Recipe Notes
If using chunky peanut butter consistency will be on the thick grainy side.
Alternative Options:
Option 1 ~ Use 1 cup of milk in place of frozen yogurt.
Option 2 ~ Use 3/4 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt in place of frozen yogurt.
