Healthy smoothie for a meal supplement
- 1 Whole Ripe Avocado Peeled, pitted, and cut
- 1/4 Frozen Spinach
- 1 Whole Ripe Banana Cut into Chunks
- 4 Large Strawberries Cut into halves
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
Place strawberries, bananas, spinach and avocado pieces, frozen yogurt, and milk into blender or smoothie maker.
Mix until well blended. Smoothie will be a thick consistency.
Additional Serving Suggestions:
Option 1 ~ Use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt in place of frozen yogurt.
Option 2~ Add 1 cup of milk in place of frozen yogurt.
