Aloha Smoothie

Yummy fruit flavors blended into a healthy rich smoothie

  • 4 large Strawberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium-large Whole Ripe Banana
  • 4 oz of Chunk Pineapple Canned, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup of Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% Milk or Sweetened Coconut Milk


  1. Add fruit, frozen yogurt, and milk into a blender or smoothie mixer.

  2. Blend until a smooth thick consistency.

  3. Enjoy!
