Yummy fruit flavors blended into a healthy rich smoothie
Prep Time 5 minutes
- 4 large Strawberries Fresh or frozen
- 1 medium-large Whole Ripe Banana
- 4 oz of Chunk Pineapple Canned, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup of Frozen Yogurt
- 1 cup 2% Milk or Sweetened Coconut Milk
Add fruit, frozen yogurt, and milk into a blender or smoothie mixer.
Blend until a smooth thick consistency.
