Tammy's BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Finger licking, bite off the bone good 'ole east coast style BBQ ribs!

Ingredients
- 5 lb Rack of Pork Style Ribs
- 2/3 cup Tammy's BBQ Dry Rub Mix
- 2 cups Your choice of BBQ/Mop Sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Prepare sheet pan with foil. Place cooling rack over top of foil on pan.

Wash and prepare ribs by trimming any excess fat and rinse with cold water.

Place ribs on rack and rub with Tammy's BBQ Dry Rub Mix, coating entire rack on both sides.

Place in oven for 1 hour. Rotate pan after the first 30 minutes.

Lower oven to 300 degrees.

Cover ribs with foil and cook for 2 hours. (For a thinner rack of ribs, cook for 1 1/2 hours).

Remove ribs from oven.

Coat ribs with one cup of the BBQ sauce, spreading evenly over entire rack.

Place ribs in oven for 30 minutes. Repeat process with remaining cup of BBQ sauce, cook for an additional 30 min.

Remove ribs from oven, cover with tented foil and let stand for 15 minutes.
