Sugar-Free/Low-Carb Orange Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Absolutely delicious sugar free coconut chocolate chip cookies. You will never know these are good for you... A perfect healthy twist on my favorite cookie!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 5 tbsp Granulated sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar Free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Orange extract
- 1/4 Cup Shredded coconut
Instructions

Cream the softened butter and sweetener together until light, pale and fluffy.

Add eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, and extracts. Mix well until combined and the mixture begins to thicken.

Add in chocolate chips and coconut. Mix until well incorporated.

Squeeze a small handful into a ball, then press into a cookie shape with your fingers. Makes 12 walnut sized cookies.

Place cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

Allow to cool for a while, then remove and place on a baking rack to cool down completely. These cookies are even nicer the next day.
