Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
- 6 1/4" thick Slices of cheese Cut in quarters.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cheese slices leaving about 1/2 inch between.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
Using a paper towel, dab each cheese slice to absorb the oil.
Leaving cheese on parchment paper, transfer to wire rack to cool.
Cheese will crisp once completely cool to form "Crackers".
